Report on the symposium on the Institut Pasteur's scientific prospects for 2025

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

 

The symposium on the Institut Pasteur's scientific prospects for 2025, held on Friday February 3, was attended by more than 250 people in the Émile Duclaux and François Jacob lecture halls.

This day consisted of 14 high-level scientific presentations illustrating some of the major research areas that the Institut Pasteur will be focusing on between now and 2025. Two round tables were also held, giving rise to fruitful discussions with participants; the first looked at the links between fundamental research and public health, and the second explored the question of technology.

The presentations and round tables from the symposium were filmed and are now available online for all staff from the Institut Pasteur and the Institut Pasteur International Network.
