A look back on the 2021 PhD graduation ceremony
The 2021 PhD graduation ceremony was held on December 17, 2021, entirely online like the 2020 ceremony because of the health situation. Despite the online format, the event was attended remotely by a considerable number of people who were keen to celebrate the PhDs obtained by the Institut Pasteur's students throughout the year.
Check out the highlights of this event on pasteur.fr, including the address by Edith Heard, Director General of the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL), and the presentations by the PhD students who graduated in 2021 and were honored at the ceremony.
Since 2013, the Institut Pasteur has held a ceremony every year in recognition of all PhD students on campus and in the Pasteur Network who defended their scientific thesis during the year.
