92nd issue of the "Lettre de l'Institut Pasteur" out now!

The latest issue of the quarterly newsletter for Institut Pasteur donors, the "Lettre de l'Institut Pasteur" (LIP), contains a special feature on the new weapons that are being developed to fight bacteria, at a time when the efficacy of antibiotics - the traditional "weapon of choice" - is under serious threat as misuse in humans and animals speeds up the emergence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria. It is becoming increasingly urgent to find new antibiotics or develop alternatives to combat pathogenic bacteria. Promising avenues for research are currently being explored at the Institut Pasteur.
