New "Project Management" SPOC

The HR training center in the Talent and Organization Development Department is pleased to announce that a new SPOC (Small Private Online Course) entitled "Project Management" has been launched.

This SPOC is based on the "Project Management" MOOC" run by Rémi Bachelet from the École Centrale de Lille.

The SPOC lasts four weeks and will begin between April 18 and 24. It is only open to Institut Pasteur staff (including those in the International Network). This type of training is based on a practical approach and will offer participants the opportunity to discuss and share their thoughts.

Participants can choose between two modules:

  • the basic version, which involves 15-20 hours of training over 4 weeks

  • the advanced course, which includes a case study and represents 30-40 hours of training over 4 weeks

This training course enables you to work at your own pace each week. It requires a dedicated effort from all participants.

Depending on how the SPOC progresses and on individual expectations, an instructor-led day may be held at the end of the course.

Practical details about in-house training, including how to sign up, can be found on Webcampus.

The costs of these courses are covered for Institut Pasteur staff under the Training Plan. Costs are also covered for OREX staff if there are enough spaces available.

We would remind you that if you register for a training course, you must attend the entire course.
