Bioinformatics

Bioinformatics and Biostatistics courses are now open to the campus: places are available at spring sessions

For the fourth year, the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Hub and the Image Analysis Hub offer bioinformatics courses dedicated primarily to first-year PhD students at the institute. This year, the courses have been reorganized into modules that last from three hours to three days full time. They are enriched with Unix initiation modules, high-throughput biological data analysis (genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, proteomics) and image analysis.

These courses are in English. Two to three sessions have been organized to meet the high demand of the campus. Places are available in bioinformatics and image analysis classes that will take place in March and April.
