Launch of the "Consultation Pasteur 2030" on February 27!

As announced in the February 2 issue of BIP, a major electronic consultation will be launched on February 27 to take stock of your feelings, your situation and your aspirations as part of the construction of the "Pasteur 2030" strategic plan. You will be asked concrete questions about your state of mind at work, your relationship with Institut Pasteur, and the levers for action to share a common vision, work better together, improve the quality of life at work, develop talent, fight against discrimination and for sustainable development, or promote diversity and inclusion.

Participating is easy. On Tuesday February 27, the Ipsos polling institute will send you a secure link to the consultation questionnaire in your mailbox. This link is personal and must not be distributed or shared. You will have the opportunity to complete the questionnaire for two full weeks, up to and including Monday March 11. The exercise is open to all, with no seniority limit. Response time is estimated at 20 minutes, and you will have the option of answering in several parts. Guaranteed by Ipsos, this exercise will be carried out in conditions of total anonymity and confidentiality. Management is also committed to presenting all results to all employees.

To guide you through the exercise and answer any questions you may have on the subject, General Management is organizing an internal meeting open to all employees on Tuesday 27 afternoon, in the CIS auditorium and accessible remotely (details to follow). This gathering will also be an opportunity for management to present the methodology and timetable for building the strategic plan.

Your participation will be essential in establishing the most accurate diagnosis of the institute's strengths and weaknesses, and building the most appropriate and effective strategic plan as a result.
