"Succeeding together": a training playlist to guide you into 2025

To mark this new year, the Skills and Training Center in the HR Department has selected a series of training courses on the theme "succeeding together," focused on personal and collective development, to help us all cultivate a calm and confident mindset as we face the challenges of the year ahead.

Freely available for all staff in French and English via Pasteur Learn, the selected training is designed to help you develop your inner resources and foster a positive state of mind, lasting motivation and good interpersonal relationships. With modules on managing motivation, optimism, friendly communication and boosting your self-confidence, this new section offers you the keys to begin 2025 with confidence!
 
You will learn how to manage challenges, collaborate more effectively and adopt a resilient state of mind in all circumstances.

A training strategy recognized in 2024

While the new year is an opportunity to look ahead with new resources, it can also be a time to look back at the successes of the past year. Several training initiatives were launched in 2024 at the Institut Pasteur with the aim of strengthening the skills of Institut Pasteur staff and making training more accessible and impactful. This broad strategy was recognized with a bronze trophy at the 2024 Learning Impact Organization Awards, alongside major companies including L'Oréal, EDF, Renault and Kering.

The initiatives that contributed to the award include:

• The "Training of the month" initiative, with eight topics covered in 2024 that proved highly successful with the Institut Pasteur community.

• Pasteur Learn, the new online training platform that currently offers more than 300 resources to develop your cross-cutting, hard and soft skills. The top three training courses taken in 2024 were "Learning to learn," "Excel" and "Public speaking."

With more than 160 active learners and nearly 500 hours of classes taken by the end of November 2024, Pasteur Learn has become an essential tool to support professional development for all staff.
