Climate Fresk® at the Institut Pasteur and registration for upcoming workshops

Book your "Climate Fresk®" workshop – an excellent New Year's resolution for 2024

As it seeks to pursue its sustainable development commitments, especially in connection with the Green Campus – Responsible Campus program, the Institut Pasteur is continuing its efforts to raise awareness, with the additional support of the GreenTeam Employee Resources Group (ERG) since the beginning of 2023.

The various targets agreed by the ERG include raising awareness among staff on campus of the importance of eco-responsibility. To this end, in coordination with the Institut Pasteur's Sustainable Development Department, nine members of the GreenTeam have received training to become facilitators of in-house Climate Fresk® workshops.

Find out more about the "Climate Fresk"®

The "Climate Fresk®" initiative was launched in 2018 and has become the leading tool to help individuals and organizations learn how they can take action to tackle the climate emergency. "Climate Fresk" is an objective and neutral initiative based on the data in the scientific reports produced by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). It harnesses collective intelligence to raise awareness of climate change among participants.

Climate Fresk® helps develop a shared understanding and raise awareness about climate challenges. The aim is to sound the alarm about climate change at global level to encourage the shifts needed to preserve life on our planet, as quickly as possible. Attending a Climate Fresk® workshop will provide you with information about the nature, scale and complexity of the challenges related to the climate emergency.

The in-person workshops last for three and a half hours and are run by the Institut Pasteur's group of in-house facilitators: Anthony Bouillon, François Déjardin, Florence Guivel-Benhassine, Emilie Pecouyoul, Tommy Penel, Agnès Thierry and Christophe Thomas. They are open to all but spaces are limited to 16 per session. To ensure that those attending benefit from the collaborative nature of the workshops and the discussions that take place, workshops will only go ahead if at least 8 people are registered.

Workshops are scheduled until June 2024. Register now via the Career Portal (Talentsoft)

If you would like the workshop to be held as a team building event or if you have any other questions about the Climate Fresk® workshops on campus, please contact the team of Institut Pasteur workshop facilitators at fresqueduclimat@pasteur.fr
