Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
The Board of Governors and myself are constantly seeking to improve the operation of the Institut Pasteur, and we place great emphasis on ensuring that our work is performed in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and with ethical principles.
To this end, in line with the aims laid down in the 2019-2023 Strategic Plan and following on from existing initiatives (such as the whistleblower procedure), we have taken the decision to develop and implement an anti-corruption procedure, in accordance with the "Sapin 2" Act.
At its meeting on October 15, 2021, the Board of Governors approved the scope and methodology for producing a detailed list of the specific corruption risks facing the Institut Pasteur.
A steering committee has been set up to carry out this risk mapping process over a four-month period, from February to May 2022 (see attached organization memo 130). The Institut Pasteur will be supported by the firm Taj/Deloitte in this task.
The mapping process requires the cooperation of us all, and we are relying on your involvement. The steering committee will contact some of you directly, depending on your role, and we would like to thank you in advance for your availability and your cooperation.
Rest assured that this initiative is part of a wider effort for continued improvement, and that our primary aim is to build the confidence of staff in the Institut Pasteur, while also developing the essential trust of our partners and the public.
