Love Data Day on February 14: using data standards in Neuroscience and Audiology 

The Data Management Core Facility, the Hearing Institute Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Facility and the CeRIS are organizing a seminar & workshop titled Using data standards in Neuroscience and Audiology taking place on Friday, February 14th at the Hearing Institute.

The morning will be dedicated to the presentation of the various standards, focusing on usage and facilitating the data management cycle from collection to sharing:

•   Standards: BIDS, NWB, openEHR
•   Corresponding repositories: EBRAINS, DANDI, OpenNeuro
•   Usage at Pasteur: BASIL

 

The afternoon will be dedicated to workshops focusing on case studies and demonstrations:
•   Basil BIDS and NWB post processing
•   How to use Open EHR
• EBRAINS, OpenNeuro and DANDI: three repositories for sharing neuroscience data
