Implementation of the training plan and Career Portal module

The Institut Pasteur training plan for 2017 has been adopted and is being rolled out on campus.

You can now consult the approval status of training requests made during annual appraisals and career development reviews via the Career Portal.

  • The annual appraisal and career development campaign that was completed this fall was an opportunity to identify training needs, which have been taken into account for the development of the 2017 training plan. This plan has been approved by the staff representative bodies and can now be implemented.

  • This year, as part of our efforts to strengthen career development and pursue the digital approach that we embarked on with the online appraisal system, you will be able to monitor your training plan via the Career Portal. Each staff member can use the portal to check the approval status of any requests made during the appraisals and also sign up for some training sessions, consult the training catalog and post feedback for any completed training. You will also be able to express training needs outside the appraisal system, on an exceptional basis and following specific guidelines (for example in the event of a transfer (mobility), regulatory requirement, new project or incomplete annual appraisal/career review).

 

 Practical details

To access the Career Portal (or via the Service Portal on Webcampus)

  •  Training requests and their approval status can be consulted from the home page, via the "Mon Talentsoft" (My Talentsoft) button in the "Souhaits de formation" (Training requests) space.
     
  • your HR contacts and training officers are on hand to provide any help or guidance you need
