Upcoming remote training on February 5 – "Participate in Open Access: Political Requirements and Submitting Articles to HAL-Pasteur"

  • "Participate in Open Access: Political Requirements and Submitting Articles to HAL-Pasteur" on Friday February 5 from 10am to 12.30pm (in French)

In its Strategic Plan, the Institut Pasteur supports open science, with the target of making all of its publications open access from 2021. This policy is in line with the demands of major research programs and the French National Plan for Open Science. Starting this year, the COMESP now includes the submission of publications to the HAL-PASTEUR open archive in its appraisal policy.

Find out more with the CeRIS, from the issues surrounding these policies to the practical procedures for submitting articles.

Aims of the training:
•    Understand the international open access movement and the role of open archives
•    Find out about the open access policies of funding bodies and the policies pursued by France and the Institut Pasteur
•    Learn how to submit your articles to the HAL-Pasteur open archive
•    Manage your digital identity as a scientist in HAL with your IdHAL

The session is open to all. It will take place remotely (via Microsoft Teams) in French.
