Take the introductory course on R programming language from March 23 to 27
From March 23 to 27, the Institut Pasteur will be offering an "Introduction to R" training course. The aim is to present the R programming language, especially how to import, manipulate and export your data.
The course will also show you how to describe data using basic statistics and graphs.
R is a free environment and programming language that can be used to perform many different types of statistical analysis.
Participants should be familiar with the Windows environment and Microsoft Excel. No previous experience in computer programming (either in R or in another language) or statistics is required, but participants should be interested in programming with scripts.
The deadline for registration is February 15. Applications will be evaluated by the course committee.
