Continuing education: access Coursera online courses

To support and facilitate continuing education for staff, the Institut Pasteur is pleased to announce a new partnership with Coursera.

Coursera is an online learning platform that offers internationally renowned training courses given by tutors from more than 275 top universities and leading global organizations (Stanford University, Imperial College London, Google, IBM, etc.).

The Institut Pasteur now has 80 licenses for use by all staff so that they can take courses on various topics such as artificial intelligence, programming, data management, bioinformatics, science and biology, mathematics, statistics and creativity.

Ten of these licenses are reserved for the "Deep Learning" specialization taught by Andrew Ng, co-founder of Coursera.

The training is available on any digital device (computer, tablet or smartphone) at your own pace. The duration varies depending on the module chosen.

In practice:

To sign up to a course, you will need to fill out a pre-registration form by February 18.

If you meet the access conditions, you will be given a license for the duration of your chosen training course.

Make the most of this unique opportunity and check out the courses available via Coursera!
