BISTRO : new interface for submitting projects to the Hub of bioinformatics and biostatistics is now available online
The new web interface for project submission and management named BISTRO (Beautiful Interface and System To Report and Organize) is now available online.
The mission of the Hub is to provide a support in Bioinformatics and Biostatistics to research units and platforms of the Institut Pasteur, in particular through collaborating on research projects.

Short projects (< 3 months of work, full time equivalent) are free of charge. They are generally accepted if the project falls within the scope of our platform and if the availability of Hub members being involved is compatible with the time constraints of submitted projects.
You can submit your project on the new interface. Thanks to make sure to provide enough information about your project so that we may quickly understand your needs. All projects that were submitted using in the previous system are available again and may now be viewed and updated in the new interface. -
Long projects (4 months or more) follow a different process: they are reviewed by the core steering committee that meets three times a year, in March, June and December.
A project description following a specific template must be filled and sent to Marie-Agnès Dillies (marie-agnes.dillies@pasteur.fr) and Hervé Ménager (herve.menager@pasteur.fr) at least two weeks in advance.
