C3BI School - Winter session - Programming and scripting
The Center of Bioinformatics, Biostatistics and Integrative Biology (C3BI) and the Center of Informatics for Biology (CIB), in cooperation with the training center in the HR Department, is running an intensive course in programming from February 11 to 25, 2016.
The course aims to provide an introduction to basic programming and scripting skills that can be used by biologists in sequence analysis and/or NGS data analysis, and to facilitate dialog between bioinformaticians and biologists.
