HR Excellence in Research Award: new revised action plan and invitation to join the monitoring committee
An Interim Assessment for the HR Excellence in Research Award was submitted to the European Commission in December 2023 (find out more on a previous newsletter). The aim of this award is to improve our practices with regard to ethics, recruitment and working conditions for scientists.
The first implementation phase of the action plan (2021-2023) resulted in significant progress, including the adoption of a policy for open, transparent and merit-based recruitment (OTM-R) of scientists and engineers, published on the Institut Pasteur website.
A detailed review of these initial measures has led to the adoption of a revised action plan for 2024-2026.
