Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
On July 11, the Institut Pasteur management team and the five representative trade unions signed a memorandum of understanding on the establishment and operation of the future Social and Economic Committee (CSE).
This new representative staff body – a compulsory requirement for all French companies and foundations by January 1, 2020 under the French orders of September 22, 2017 – will be set up on January 1, 2020 and will replace the three current bodies, namely the staff representatives, the Works Council and the Hygiene, Safety and Working Conditions Committee (CHSCT).
Further information on this matter will be circulated after the summer, especially regarding elections to the CSE, which will be held by the end of the year on a date to be set in cooperation with the trade unions.
