Developments and updates to the Easy Welcome application for visitor and parking management

Following the rollout of the Easy Welcome application, the security team would like to inform you that your feedback has been taken into account to update the tool and various new features have been added.

We would remind you that the app is available at https://pasteur.easy-welcome.fr or via your service portal in the section "Visits".

 

Check out the new features

1-    Addition of several contact people

You can add up to five contact people when you request access for visitors. Contact people are those who will deal with your visitors at reception and badge in on their behalf.

The reception staff remain available in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
If you add several contact people, make sure you add numbers where they can be contacted. 

2-    Plan a meeting over five consecutive days 

You can now create a meeting over five consecutive days. You will no longer need to duplicate your requests, and a different QR code will be sent to your visitors each day. You will still have to go to reception each day to validate access for your visitors and arrange for them to be dealt with by a member of staff.

Visitors will receive an email with the QR code indicating that the time slot covers the entire day.

3-    Meeting rooms

When responding to your requests, the meeting room option has been removed.

4-    Sun shields

Sun shields have been installed at each QR code reader to indicate the appropriate distance. You do not need to enlarge the QR code for it to be read by the scanner.

5-    Parking 

You can now once again select a side of the road for parking for your or your visitors' vehicle.
