Philippe Bousso, winner of the Grand Prix for medical research awarded by the Robert Debré Association

The Robert Debré Association awards two "Grands Prix" to support medical research. The aim of these awards is to recognize research carried out by teams involved in all fields of biological and medical research and to facilitate the ongoing development of their projects. The association offers a clinical research award and a fundamental research award, each worth €50,000 dedicated to research.

This year, Philippe Bousso, Head of the Dynamics of Immune Responses Unit, was the winner of the 2016 Grand Prix Robert Debré in the fundamental research category. This award recognizes the outstanding research conducted by his entire team to unravel the cell communication mechanisms that regulate immune responses during cancer and infection.
