2016 appraisals: training for managers in conducting career development reviews - sessions on September 2

The ongoing annual appraisals and career development reviews concern all Institut Pasteur staff. This year the process will be conducted online via the Career Portal.

For managers, several training sessions are being run:

1. To help managers learn how to conduct career development reviews - provided for by law and now mandatory for all concerned - they are invited to follow an innovative online training program in the form of a serious game. On July 5, those managers concerned received a link to access the session (which lasts roughly 30 minutes).

2. In addition to this online solution, a half-day instructor-led training session is available to help managers grasp the main points of this new appraisal and to transfer the scenarios simulated in the serious game to real situations.

There are still spaces available for the September 2 morning and afternoon sessions.
