"Introduction to molecular phylogenetics" course

The HR training center is pleased to announce the upcoming "Introduction to molecular phylogenetics" course, supported by the INCEPTION Convergence Institute program and run by the Computational Biology Department.

The course (in French) will take place on campus from October 7 to 11, 2019.

It will combine theoretical teaching on methods for building phylogenetic trees (distance, parsimony, maximum likelihood, Bayesian and phylogenomic methods) and practical sessions (phylogenetic analysis of markers to identify and characterize pathogens and perform epidemiological monitoring).

The course is aimed at scientists, engineers and technicians.

Course costs covered by: INCEPTION Convergence Institute
