Establishment of a Postdoc Office

The Institut Pasteur is strongly committed to supporting and encouraging its postdoctoral fellows. To this end, an Office of Postdoctoral Affairs was established on July 1, 2023.

The office is affiliated with the MAASCC welcome, support and career development structure for scientists. Its mission is to support postdoctoral fellows in all aspects of their professional development, training needs and well-being and to improve their career prospects in the academic and private sectors.

The MAASCC department is now affiliated with the Executive Scientific Division, and it also has an operational link with the Human Resources Department so that it can continue to implement and coordinate measures related to the Gender Equality Plan and the European HR Excellence in Research Award (HRS4R).
