Useful information: booking meeting rooms, lecture halls and auditoriums on campus, reopening of eating areas

  • Booking meeting rooms, lecture halls and auditoriums on campus

As outlined by the BCP Committee in its message on June 7, in-person meetings are now authorized again, as long as the occupancy limits indicated on meeting room doors are observed and hygiene and distancing measures are adhered to. Masks must be worn at all times.

The tool for booking meeting rooms via Outlook is now operational and takes into account the occupancy limits for all rooms and spaces that can be used to hold meetings.
Those wishing to book lecture halls or auditoriums on campus or on the Hearing Institute site must obtain prior permission by emailing ccip@pasteur.fr.

Hold meetings by video-conference or use a combination of face-to-face/remote meetings to limit the presence of outside visitors on campus is encouraged.

  • Reopening of eating areas

As outlined in the message from the BCP Committee on Monday June 7, given that the required physical distance from others has reverted to 1 meter, the company restaurant and cafeterias can now operate again at half capacity (50%).

Outdoor eating areas have been provided at various points around campus to enable staff to eat with colleagues.

The cafeterias, including "The 25" and the "Bienfait," and the restaurant "La Table" will open again with chairs and tables on June 14, while still complying fully with applicable health regulations.
