Upcoming "Pasteur Medicine Quarter-Hour" on malaria on June 19 – open to all

Every month, the Center for Translational Science runs a "Pasteur Medicine Quarter-Hour" session for all staff, at which two doctors are invited to give a brief presentation to Institut Pasteur scientists on the diseases they are involved in treating. The doctors start by outlining one or more clinical cases, then provide a short description of the disease and conclude by looking at a series of unanswered questions that need to be addressed.

The next session will take place on Wednesday June 19 at 5.30pm in the François Jacob auditorium. The topic will be malaria.

Program:

  • "Current issues and challenges" by Olivier Bouchaud (Avicenne Hospital)

  • "Hemolysis after artesunate treatment" by Stéphane Jaureguiberry (Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital)

This event, open to all Institut Pasteur staff, will be in French. No registration is required.
