Quality of life and working conditions: Explore a selection of online training resources on Pasteur Learn

In connection with the French national week for quality of life and working conditions from June 17 to 21, the Skills and Training Center is pleased to present a selection of resources on this topic that are available on the online learning platform Pasteur Learn.

The 2024 edition of the national week for quality of life and working conditions will take place from June 17 to 21. The Institut Pasteur is committed to the well-being of its staff, and this is an opportunity to emphasize its commitment to introducing measures to help create and promote a healthy working environment for the Institut Pasteur community.

The training sessions provided on Pasteur Learn by the Skills and Training Center cover a variety of topics related to the quality of working life, including how to be well organized, well-being and effectiveness at work, and the right to disconnect. The training is available free of charge in a variety of formats (classes, books and podcasts).

And because the quality of working life also means working better together, with measures encouraging a culture of inclusiveness, support and mutual respect at the Institut Pasteur, this selection of online training also includes resources on the topics of diversity, equality and inclusion (understanding differences, gender equality, disability awareness, etc.).

From Monday June 17, go to Pasteur Learn to explore the selection of modules

A "Quality of working life" section is also available on the ePasteur intranet. The pages include useful information and resources on how to "work better together."

The event on June 21 for staff to come together and enjoy World Music Day (link to dedicated article) will be a great way for Institut Pasteur staff to round off this week on the quality of working life together as a community!
