  • Electronic signature for your documents

Efforts to modernize the approval and signing process for contractual documents have moved up a gear since the COVID-19 pandemic, when a new approach was needed during the periods of lockdown. Since the pandemic, the Institut Pasteur has used the electronic DocuSign system to approve and sign most of its contractual documents.

A procedure has been drawn up to clarify the approval and signing process for contractual documents, with the aim of continuing to use DocuSign on a long-term basis. The purpose of the procedure is to:

-    determine the scope;

-    set out the different methods for approving and signing contractual documents;

-    provide details about conditions in which DocuSign can be used, if necessary.

We all have a responsibility to comply with this procedure to ensure the successful modernization of the approval and signing process for contractual documents and secure the Institut Pasteur's interests.
