As we approach the summer holiday period, the Human Resources Department would like to remind you to take annual leave by submitting your leave requests via the HR portal.
Employees who have been at the Institut Pasteur for more than one year must take at least 10 consecutive working days of leave during the period from May 1 to October 31.
Recommendations on how to coordinate annual leave among teams can be found on Webcampus (we would especially draw your attention to the fact that "(...) the smooth operation of departments should be guaranteed, especially during busy periods, when staff attendance is vital, and less busy periods, when staff are encouraged to take leave (...)").
All entity heads should make sure that their staff take regular periods of paid leave so that they can enjoy beneficial rest periods throughout the year. As an employer, it is the Institut Pasteur's responsibility to ensure that its staff take regular paid leave.
To submit a leave request, please use the HR portal (via "Mon Portail de services" (My Service Portal) or directly at https://portailrh.pasteur.fr).
