Your new suppliers for printing requests

Since June 12, all printing services have been outsourced.

A consultation process was held and two suppliers were selected: the companies Chaumeil and Vit'Repro.

To mark the start of its collaboration with the Institut Pasteur, Chaumeil is offering to spend a half-day on campus every week for the first six months of its contract. Details about where and when Chaumeil's representatives will be on campus will be coming soon. Every Thursday afternoon, from 1:30pm to 5:30pm, Jérôme Chaumeil will accompany you to the meeting room at The 25. His service will begin on Thursday, September 7, 2023 and run until February 28, 2024.

Requests for quotes or printing services should initially be made directly to these suppliers, either by phone or by email.

Over the coming weeks, an IT portal (currently under development) will be launched so that staff can submit requests directly online. Further details will follow.

Delivered products can be collected from the Logistics Department, building 26.

Please note that following the recent call for tenders, the supplier Frazier is no longer listed in the Institut Pasteur's supplier database.

Staff in the General Services Department are on hand to answer any questions you may have and are responsible for liaising with suppliers and monitoring contracts.
