Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
On June 10 the ICAReB platform of the Center for Translational Research will host a symposium to introduce the results of several research teams that were achieved thanks to volunteer participation.
This event will also clarify the role and expectations of research participants, and will establish a dialogue with them in the presence of Jean-Claude Ameisen, President of the National Consultative Ethics Committee and Virginia Pirard, head of ethics unit at the Institute Pasteur, among others, during the second session. Healthy volunteers and patients with Verneuil’s disease will enrich the debate about their personal experiences by contributing their testimony.
The third session, chaired by Dr. Aude Nassif of the Institute Pasteur Medical Center, will create an inventory of ongoing research on Verneuil's disease.
This conference will be opened by Christian Bréchot. It will take place in the Émile Duclaux lecture hall.
Anyone can attend but registration is required at colloquecpr@pasteur.fr.
