Advancing research on endometriosis: a look back at the unprecedented fundraising campaign with Etam

As part of its large-scale "We Care for Women" program to support women at all stages of their lives, the fashion chain Etam was keen to support the Institut Pasteur's research on endometriosis, especially on early diagnosis (see the May 24 issue of the newsletter).

Etam put its support into action on May 28, World Menstrual Hygiene Day. For every item purchased online or in store on May 28, Etam donated €1 to the Institut Pasteur to advance research on endometriosis.

With 39,872 items sold in store and 12,272 online over the course of the day, this unprecedented fundraising campaign was a great success, resulting in a donation of €52,144 to support the Institut Pasteur's research – an outstanding result for this partnership, led by the Institut Pasteur's Department of Philanthropy.
