#TeamCleaners Challenge: let’s clean these mailboxes
It's almost spring, clean up your mailbox and keep it in good shape!
As part of the Digital Clean Up Day on 18 March 2023, the IT Department and the Sustainable Development Department (SDD) are joining forces to launch the #TeamCleaners challenge, from 17 March to 17 April 2023. The objective is to delete as many emails as possible!
The IT Department seeks to pursue a continuous improvement approach and ensure the overall performance of its different internal servers, especially in terms of security, while working to limit the environmental impact of Institut Pasteur's activities. Pasteurians are therefore strongly encouraged to free up space by deleting or archiving their e-mails. Your archive box can contain up to 50GB!
The two winners of the #TeamCleaners challenge will be rewarded at a ceremony on 18 April 2023 (venue to be confirmed). The IT teams will then compare the size of your mailbox on 17 April VS 17 March.
It's up to you to act!
