Decision

New Security, IT and Data Correspondents to replace the previous IT Correspondent position

As announced previously (see the February 4, 2022 issue of the newsletter), a network of Security, IT and Data Correspondents has been established to facilitate communication and meet the needs of all staff as effectively as possible.

The aim of the network is to facilitate communication between staff on campus and the Information Systems Security Department, the Information Systems Department and the research data management support services.

The following units and departments will have to appoint at least one person as a Security, IT and Data Correspondent:

•    Scientific units (platforms, U5s, G5s, units, laboratories, etc.). Small scientific units can join together and appoint just one correspondent for several units.

•    Support departments. At least one correspondent is required for each support department, although more may be appointed depending on the organizational structure and needs of the department.

A decision memo has recently been published.
