Spring is coming, let’s clean up your mailbox!
Let’s all work together to lessen the environmental impact of our Institute, minimize the legal risks involved in retaining unnecessary data, while keeping our internal servers running smoothly !
As part of the Digital Clean up day on 18 March 2023, the IT Department and the Sustainable Development Department (SDD) are launching the #TeamCleaners challenge, from Friday 17 March, until 17 April 2023. The objective is to delete as many emails as possible!
Pasteurians are strongly encouraged to free up space by deleting or archiving their e-mails. Your archive box can contain up to 50GB!
The two winners of the #TeamCleaners challenge will be rewarded on 18 April 2023 at 12 noon, in the Jules Bordet room (Metchnikoff building, ground floor 45).
