Appointment of the Head of the Archives Division

On March 1, 2023, Denise Desplan took up the role of Head of the Archives Division, reporting to Agnès Raymond-Denise, in the CeRIS – Scientific Information Resources Center.

In this capacity, she is responsible for a team whose tasks include:

• introducing an archiving policy for the entire Institut Pasteur,
• supporting departments and units in managing their paper and electronic archives,
• offering expertise on document management and project archiving,
• managing, conserving and communicating about archives entrusted to the Archives Division by departments and units,
• raising awareness among Institut Pasteur staff of the legal, historical and scientific importance of their archives,
• collecting, classifying, conserving, promoting and communicating about archives of interest for the history of the Institut Pasteur.
