Maximum staff numbers for research entities due to close within two years
The maximum staff numbers (known as ETM) for research entities whose term will come to an end within two years (director retiring, decision not to renew the current term or not to submit a proposal for a new entity) will be reviewed in the December of years n-2 and n-1 before closure.
If necessary, the entity's ETM may be reduced to correspond to real staff numbers, and this reduction will have an impact on the calculation of the budget for years n-1 and n before closure.
