Technology seminar on Digital Spatial Profiling Technology on March 28

The technology seminar on Digital Spatial Profiling co-organized by the CB-UTechS and NanoString will take place at the Institut Pasteur in Paris at 2pm on March 28 in the Jacques Monod Auditorium.

The GeoMx DSP platform is used to quantify the spatial distribution of hundreds of proteins and transcripts in tissues. This new technology of imaging by high content profiling allows the mapping of cellular phenotypes, signaling pathways, and the determination of all the biological signatures inherent to each region of the tissue in order to identify variations involved in the disease processes, or to measure the therapeutic response at the cellular level.
