Agenda

On March 31 and April 1, 2025, come and listen to the shortlisted candidates for new research groups

In December 2024, the Institut Pasteur issued a call for applications for the launch of new groups (link: https://research.pasteur.fr/en/call/call-for-applications-2025-creation-of-new-research-groups-at-the-institut-pasteur/) in the following fields:

    •    Vaccinology and immunotherapy
    •    Infectious diseases, with a particular focus on antimicrobial resistance, medicinal chemistry and chemical biology
    •    Neuroimmunology and neurodevelopment
    •    Maternal and infant health (immunology, infection, pregnancy and development).

More than 200 applications were received and 24 were shortlisted for the next stage in the recruitment process. These shortlisted applicants have been invited to present their research and future projects on the rue du Docteur Roux campus.

A two-day symposium will take place in the Emile Duclaux lecture hall on Monday March 31 and Tuesday April 1, from 9.30am to 6.15pm.

We would encourage you to come along to the two-day symposium, where you will have the opportunity to hear talented early-career scientists. Some of them will be joining the Institut Pasteur over the next few months to build new research teams.
