Artur Scherf wins the Allianz-Institut de France Foundation Award
Allianz France, an active player in the field of health, is also committed to supporting medical research with the aim of reducing and preventing health risks. The Allianz Medical Research Day demonstrates the important role played by the company and its partners in supporting scientific progress for the benefit of society as a whole.
On March 27, the 2016 Allianz-Institut de France Foundation Award was presented to Artur Scherf, Head of the Biology of Host-Parasite Interactions Unit, Research Director at the CNRS and a professor at the Institut Pasteur.
The award recognizes the contribution of Artur Scherf's research in tackling the scourge of malaria in developing countries.
