Reminder to take 2020-2021 annual leave

The Human Resources Department would like to remind you to make sure that you take any remaining leave acquired for 2020/2021 via the HR portal. This paid leave must be taken by May 31, 2021 at the latest. It is not possible to carry over leave except in specific cases associated with illness or maternity, in accordance with legal provisions.

Employees who have been at the Institut Pasteur for more than one year must take at least 10 consecutive working days of leave during the period from May 1 to October 31.
To ensure the smooth running of all departments and units, the Human Resources Department would ask each department and unit to draw up paid leave schedules as follows:

  • a schedule of leave to be taken by October 31, 2021 must be drawn up, approved by managers and displayed by April 5, 2021.

  • a schedule of leave for the period from November 1, 2021 to May 31, 2022 must be drawn up, approved and displayed by September 13, 2021.

All entity heads should make sure that their staff take regular periods of paid leave so that they can enjoy beneficial rest periods throughout the year. As an employer, it is the Institut Pasteur's responsibility to ensure that its staff take regular paid leave.
