Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
This month, the Center for Translational Science is running a "Pasteur Medicine/Science Quarter-Hour" session. At these sessions, a doctor gives a brief presentation to Institut Pasteur scientists on the diseases he or she is involved in treating. Starting with one or more clinical cases, the doctor then provides a short description of the disease and concludes by looking at a series of unanswered questions that need to be addressed. Following this presentation, an Institut Pasteur scientist presents his or her research in the field.
The next session will take place on Thursday March 15 at 5.30pm in the François Jacob auditorium.
Program:
Whooping cough – Julie Toubiana (Necker Hospital)
Genomic epidemiology and its application to the whooping cough agent – Sylvain Brisse (Institut Pasteur)
