The HR platform celebrates its first anniversary

Une année s’est écoulée depuis le lancement de la plateforme RH. L’occasion pour le BIP de présenter ses très bonnes performances et de rappeler les services qu’elle propose aux Pasteuriens. 

A year has gone by since the launch of the HR platform. This is an opportunity for the newsletter team to look back at the success of this new tool and remind Institut Pasteur staff of the services available.

The HR platform was launched on April 14, 2022. It includes a frequently asked questions section (HR FAQ) and all the main HR request forms.

The platform, available in French and English, offers answers to the most common HR questions (586 questions to date) on a wide range of topics (working time, remuneration, health insurance, leave, administrative procedures, etc.).
On the HR platform you will also find 25 online forms to simplify your requests: employer certificate, pregnancy certificate, request to work from home, etc.

Key figures

In one year, the platform has been consulted 20,712 times. 6,138 requests have been submitted via the forms. These impressive figures reflect how useful this new tool is for the Institut Pasteur community.

 

 

Continuous improvement

The HR platform is constantly being added to and developed. The latest addition to date is the professional training section, announced in the newsletter on April 7.
