Monday May 19, new HR "open door" session to support foreign staff who have recently joined the Institut Pasteur

On Monday May 19, a new HR open door session will be held to support foreign staff members in their onboarding process at the Institut Pasteur. Save the date!

The first HR open door sessions held since February were an opportunity for early career scientists from abroad to ask questions and receive tailored support as part of their onboarding process at the Institut Pasteur.

Following on from these sessions, the administrative management teams in the HR Department will be holding a further session on Monday May 19 from 1.30 to 4pm at The 25.

The following topics will be covered:

•    Residence permit
•    Social security and health insurance

HR open door sessions are mainly aimed at Institut Pasteur employees*

Are you completing a French tax return for the first time?

A webinar organized in partnership with Science Accueil was held on April 19 to present the French income tax system and help you fill in your first income tax return. The teams in the Human Resources Department have compiled a series of useful resources to help you fill in and submit your tax return. You can find them on the dedicated ePasteur page.

Reminder: please note that if you have any questions about tax you should contact the DGFiP (Public Finances Directorate General).

You can contact the DGFiP and make an appointment directly via the live form on the website impots.gouv.f DGFiP (Direction Générale des Finances Publiques)

(*OREX staff (from external research organizations) are encouraged to contact their employer if they have any administrative questions)
