2017 Sanofi-Institut Pasteur Awards to recognize and encourage innovative work in the area of life sciences and biomedical research

The Institut Pasteur's long-standing partner Sanofi is renewing its commitment to research by organizing the Sanofi-Institut Pasteur Awards for the sixth year running. These awards go to scientists and their teams whose discoveries lead to practical applications in research fields with a major impact on global health.

For this sixth edition, the Sanofi-Institut Pasteur Awards will be divided into two "International Awards" and two "Junior National Awards".

Sanofi and the Institut Pasteur will be accepting applications on the following topics:

• Immunology

• Microbiology and infection

Candidates must be nominated by another scientist and can work at the Institut Pasteur.

Applications must be submitted via the dedicated platform.
 
The deadline for submissions is July 23.

The winners will be selected by an international panel of eminent scientists and will be presented with their awards at a ceremony on the Institut Pasteur's Paris campus on December 12, 2017.
