Publication of a guide on application hosting

Over the past few months, the Information Systems Department has been working on the implementation of an infrastructure that can cater for the increasing needs in terms of application hosting.

Given the many options available, the department has written a guide outlining the different possibilities and the criteria to bear in mind when choosing. The guide also provides details of what each configuration entails in terms of individual responsibilities and duties.

A web page  has been set up with a questionnaire to help identify the solution that best meets your needs.

A private cloud environment appears to be a good choice and will be developed over the rest of the year, enabling more services to be offered to staff on campus.
