Save the date of June 21 for a special event in celebration of Team Pasteur

On Tuesday June 21, starting at 12pm, the Institut Pasteur campus will be hosting a special event for all staff, featuring music, culture, history and good vibes!

As the Institut Pasteur continues to celebrate the bicentenary, the senior management team and the Department of Communications – Scientific Outreach are offering all staff the opportunity to share a memorable afternoon together among colleagues and teams, with a host of activities and workshops around campus showcasing the values of the Pasteurian community.

Starting at 12pm, you can enjoy a wide range of artistic activities organized by La Pasteurale and sports activities organized by the sports club (ASIP) (full program to come in a future issue of the newsletter) to mark World Music Day. You can then follow the symbols on the ground and walk from one activity to the next in the footsteps of Louis Pasteur.

Keep an eye out for the detailed program of this special Institut Pasteur event, which will be coming soon in a future issue of the newsletter!

The event will involve a wide range of activities all over the campus at different times so that each and every one of you can enjoy all or part of the afternoon and organize your diaries in advance to make the most of this free time offered to all staff.

The event has particularly been planned to strengthen the cohesion of Team Pasteur and consolidate the strong bonds that enabled the Institut Pasteur to come through the strain of the past two years dominated by the pandemic.

Some roles on campus involve specific demands and requirements* and call for constant staff presence. Staff members should organize their time in advance in consultation with their team leader and their colleagues so that everyone can make the most of the activities planned for the afternoon.

*on-call staff, reception staff, staff seeing patients, those dealing with deliveries of biological material and urgent samples
