Third edition of the course “Single cell gene expression and beyond”

The Cytometry and Biomarkers UTechS and the HR Teaching – Education Center are happy to announce the third edition of the 5-day course “Single cell gene expression and beyond” taking place on 5-9 July, 2021.

The course aims at providing theoretical and hands-on training for all steps of high-throughput multiomic single cell profiling. The 5-day program will cover an overview of technologies for single cells omics, hands-on single cell RNA-seq by droplet-based assay using the 10xGenomics technology, Introduction to microfluidics-based approaches for single cell profiling and 2 days of basics of single cell transcriptome data analysis. Quality Controls, best practices and “tips and tricks” will be discussed.

Scientists, students and Core Facility staff interested in applying advanced single-cell transcriptome sequencing in their research are welcome.
