Paperless payroll: activate your electronic data vault

As part of ongoing efforts to digitize its processes and pursue an environmentally friendly strategy that embraces technological developments, the Human Resources Department, working closely with the Information Systems Department, is switching to a paperless payroll system from May 2019.

Payslips are now sent directly to each employee's secure personal space, the MyPeopleDoc electronic data vault, hosted by the French Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (Deposits and Consignments Fund).

All staff, even those who opt to continue receiving their payslips in paper form, can still activate their MyPeopleDoc secure electronic data vault and make use of their 10GB of free personal storage.

In practice:

  1. Activate your electronic data vault with the link and login codes you received by email on May 21, 2019 from "no-reply@people-doc.com".

  2. At the end of each month, you will be informed via email by PeopleDoc that your payslip has been uploaded to your data vault.

  3. You can consult your payslip online and/or download it as a PDF.
