Training

ReproPATH - A new training Path about reproducibility in research - IP & OREX employees

The outcomes of research are the culmination of a series of interconnected processes, encompassing laboratory experiments (from planning to execution), management of biospecimens, management of data and metadata, as well as the development and execution of computational and bioinformatics analyses, alongside statistical methodologies.

Each stage plays a pivotal role in ensuring the reproducibility, reliability, and robustness of research findings. ReproPATH offers key insights and guidance to enhance the reproducibility and reliability of research outcomes. It provides practical recommendations and tips in key areas such as experimental design and statistics, biospecimen science, quality control protocols for various specimen types (including cells, nucleic acids, and proteins), data intensive bioinformatics analyses, as well as data management planning and open science practices.
