Data Meeting on June 8: make your life easier with the policy on managing and sharing research data and software codes

As announced in the newsletter on Friday May 7, the Institut Pasteur recently adopted a policy on managing and sharing research data and software codes, together with a series of practical guides. The aim of this policy is to support scientists for the duration of their research projects by helping them to adopt best practices to facilitate the reuse of data and software codes and improve the quality, reproducibility and security of their research.

To present the policy in more detail and answer any questions, the project team involved in developing the policy would like to invite you to a Data Meeting on Tuesday June 8 from 2 to 3.30pm.

The aims are:

  • to give you the keys to understand and use this policy;

  • to explore the various aspects covered in the policy, including best practices, who to contact with questions or problems, practical guides and available tools and training;

  • to answer all your questions on the policy and the support measures available for its smooth implementation.

This presentation will take place in French, via Teams, and will be recorded so that it can then be made available on the dedicated Webcampus page for the policy. A session in English will be held in September/October.
